Seneschal: Simon agreed to be Webminister effective today. 12th night next year in Bellevue. Rogue’s Tavern and Sven’s Follies are coming up. Porte Chalice may be ready by Sven’s if we can get a handoff. Have asked to make four cups starting with this year. Need check for church, $150 for Sven’s. The event is in Bellevue, not BC.
Exchequer: Check has been received from SCA from Microsoft (for 2021 volunteer hours).

KHSS: October 7, also Bellevue, not BC. Esitmate of 30 attendees will put us just over break-even. Food will not be provided.

PDL 12th Night party earlier this month went well.

Seneschal: 12th Night went well. Quarterly report will be submitted shortly. The Kingdom is looking for sites for July Coronation – if you know of anything that might work, please let me know.
Exchequer: Almost done with the doomsday report. Check from Society has not been sent in yet.
Arts & Sciences: Canton approved the warrant extension. New warrant extension will be signed soon and sent in.
Webminister: Simon has agreed to step up as webminister next month. Canton approved the new officer. Warrant will be sent in soon.
Herald: Margaret did a small heraldry demo for the KCLS teen club.

Events
Sven’s Follies – moved to 3/25 and now stewarded by Simon. It will be at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Bellevue and on the calendar.
KHSS – looking at dates in November and stewarded by Simon. It will also be at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church.

We had a general discussion about what a good healthy relationship between the B&B and the canton looks like.

Ping Baronin Gera with your choice for the next recipient of the Porte Chalice by February curia.

Seneschal: We are rewarranting the exchequer and the webminister.
I have emailed the Bellevue church to confirm we can use the site for Sven’s Follies.

Webminister: Curia agreed to rewarrant Margaret as webminister. We are looking for someone to fill this position.

Herald: Cormac Argent Scroll is happy to have an event bid for KHSS.

Herald: Did some consulting today and talked about heraldry at the Madrone social. Working on a badge for the Games Defender

Picnic in the Park went well.

I will be extending my term of office as seneschal, which the canton approved. In the coming weeks, I will be making sure everyone is properly warranted.

Exchequer: We have money. Report for Q2 is in. Bill from NameCheap for $15.16 came through. I’ll put in for reimbursement when it’s convenient.
